Ergon Mykonos collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes:

We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration,disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Our Customer Satisfaction Policy
Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 (fourteen ) working days from receiving your order to arrange time. In such case please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all “ERGON MYKONOS” garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please also include in the return package a copy of the return email and the payment receipt. Any such returns shall be accepted solely upon the approval on behalf of “ERGON MYKONOS” under the above mentioned conditions.
Any return delivery costs (excluding any additional delivery costs if you have chosen another delivery method from the basic and less expensive method we offer you) shall be borne by us and we shall refund the value of the returned products within 30 calendar days. To ensure your return is covered by our complimentary returns policy, please send it back from the same country it was delivered to. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs. We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept charges.
Gifts: In case you bought something for a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to himself, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all ERGON MYKONOS tags still attached.
Please handle light-colored bags carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.
All our shoes are custom made on order. Returns on shoes are not accepted (that applies to all our shoes).
Returns on swimwear are not accepted. Swimwear are considered sealed items and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
If you receive any product which is broken, damaged or defective, we kindly request that you take a picture and send it to customer care and wait for instruvtions. If you receive a product that doesn’t fit you please followe instructions as mentioned above.

Products with Defects
If you believe that the product you ordered does not comply with the terms of the sale agreement, you should contact us immediately through our online communication form, describing in detail the product and its defect, or by phoning us at +30 2, or by sending us an email to email@example.com and we will give you instructions for further action. You can return the product to the address indicated above free of charge. In such case please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all “ERGON MYKONOS” garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to customer. Please also include in the return package a copy of the return email and the payment receipt. Refund or replacement of product will take place as soon as possible and in any case within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day we confirmed by e-mail that you are entitled to a refund of money or replacement of the defective product. In case of defective products, the amount paid will be refunded in full within 30 calendar days or less, including shipping costs and any other reasonable expense charges for the return of the product.
