Refund and Returns Policy

Our Customer Satisfaction Policy

Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 (fourteen) working days from receiving your order to arrange time. In such case please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all “ERGON MYKONOS” garment tags still attached.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted, refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Please also include in the return package the payment receipt. Any such returns shall be accepted solely upon the approval on behalf of “ERGON MYKONOS” under the above-mentioned conditions.

Return delivery costs shall be borne by us-only in case of defected products, for all other cases the sender will pay the return delivery costs. We shall refund the value of the returned products within 30 calendar days. To ensure your return is covered by our complimentary returns policy, please send it back from the same country it was delivered to. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs. We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept charges.

Gifts: In case you bought something for a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to himself, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Clothing

Please take care trying on clothes, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all ERGON MYKONOS  tags still attached.

Bags

Most are bags are made of our cotton on the loom fabrics combined with leather handles and designs. Use a dry clean method to clean the cotton parts and with a dry caring fabric the leather parts.

Shoes

All our shoes are custom made on order and nontoxic paint is used to decorate them. All decorative items used on shoes are made by ergon Mykonos team. Espadrilles are hand-painted and handcrafted so slight changes may appear from the photos. In case you need to return shoes, your shoes must be intact with no scratches on the soles or marks on the shoes’ surface.

Swimwear

Returns on swimwear are not accepted. Swimwear are considered sealed items and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.

Eyewear

If you receive any product which is broken, damaged, or defective, we kindly request that you take a picture and send it to customer care and wait for instructions. If you receive a product that doesn’t fit you please follow instructions as mentioned above.

Porcelain

If you receive any product which is broken, damaged or defective, we kindly request that you take a picture and send it to customer care and wait for instructions.

Products with Defects

If you believe that the product you ordered does not comply with the terms of the sale agreement, you should contact us immediately by emailing us at customer care, describing in detail the product and its defect, or by phoning us at +30 2103249297, and we will give you instructions for further action. You can return the product to the address indicated above free of charge (for EU and Greece). In such case please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all “ERGON MYKONOS” garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.  Please also include in the return package a copy of the return email and the payment receipt.  Refund or replacement of product will take place as soon as possible and in any case within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day we confirmed by e-mail that you are entitled to a refund of money or replacement of the defective product. In case of defective products, the amount paid will be refunded in full within 30 calendar days or less, including shipping costs and any other reasonable expense charges for the return of the product.
